In 2005, we had several dealers from around the country come to Louisiana to talk about new products. One of our dealers from Michigan suggested making a stainless steel 77 International rifle in some classic calibers. It was a great idea. We decided to do it like the K1A Series, with a different caliber being produced each year.
The Ruger 308 Win K77 RSI is the 6th installment of this series. Now that Ruger has discontinued the regular 77 RSI International rifles, this is the only version currently being made. The 308 is a natural for this platform and was always one of the most popular calibers in the blue rifle that Ruger cataloged. The stainless and walnut combination has been extremely popular in our many special editions and this one should sell very quickly.
